  • are compelled by Jimmy Wackerbarth and Court Hastngs;
  • answer the questions, "Where are you from?" with "I?m kinda from all over the place;"
  • are amazed at people who have never left their home town;
  • can?t speak the language of the country in which you were born;
  • are amazed at people who think Frankfurt is some kind of hotdog;. 

  • can't convince a stateside cousin that your Japanese kimono doll really came from Japan;
  • draw a quick map of the world to show someone where you have lived;
  • remember being able to watch the Super Bowl live on TV at 3 am;
  • you find that you can easily amuse yourself for hours at airports and train or bus stations.
